2008 Gamer's Reunion Charity Partner

Gamer's Reunion, an annual table-top gaming convention sponsored by Rochester Gamers' Community (RGC), is proud to announce a charity partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester.

Jeff King, President of RGC, stated he was excited to see this partnership form. "This is a perfect fit for RGC. The meeting with the Boys and Girls Club was an extremely positive one," King said. "I look forward to showing the Boys and Girls Club how generous I know the gaming community can be."

The upcoming 2008 convention will host several functions, such as a silent auction table and "Giving Through Gaming" button sales, to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester.

Charity Donations

Gamer's Reunion is looking for businesses and individuals that are willing to donate items for the silent auction table at the convention. All items will be auctioned during the convention and all money raised in this manner will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester. In addition, all businesses and individuals that donate items for the silent auction will be mentioned in a special section of the convention event book.
